Navotas Mayor-elect Toby Tiangco, together with Vice Mayor Clint Geronimo, leads the distribution of P1,500 in cash incentives to each of the 1,097 graduates of Navotas Polytechnic College. Some 6,098 graduates of public elementary and senior high schools will also receive P500 and P1,000, respectively.
