SM City Sta. Mesa capped off a breathtaking 121st Independence Day celebration filled with awe-inspiring messages from beloved community partners and artistic presentations that amplified the Filipino Pride of everyone in attendance.

Thanks to Origami PH, the event was strikingly draped in national colors with hundreds of paper origami together resembling our beloved flag.

Remarkably, more than a hundred representatives from the Quezon City Council Boy Scouts of the Philippines, spearheaded by Deputy Commissioner, Rover Scouts of the Philippines, Mr. Florencio Antonio, graced the mall’s Independence Day celebration.

PCP 2 Commander of Galas Police Station – Edwin Antonio Nobleza was also in attendance to represent the community’s Police force.

The event also served as a platform to showcase the Filipino’s excellence in expressing love for the country through the arts with an overwhelming series of performances by The Lighter Side Movement Chorale and Tanghalang Bagong Sibol Theater & Dance Co.
