Gearing up for “Build, Build, Build”

Republic Cement recently launched a new high-strength masonry cement, Kapit-Balay masonry, to address the needs of Cebu’s construction industry.

Kapit-Balay masonry is a Type S high-strength cement tailored for ease of application and adhesion, where mortar masonry is required.

This hydraulic cement is designed to be used for plastering, brick or block laying, and block filling with minimal wastage.

Utilizing less clinker due to its use of light micro-materials, it is a welcome addition to Republic Cement’s roster of more sustainable cement.

Kapit-Balay masonry cement is manufactured in Danao, Cebu, and is available in retailers and hardware stores within the province.
