Speaker Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo on Friday joins the oversight hearing of the Committee on Housing and Urban Development, chaired by Rep. Alfredo Benitez (3rd District, Negros Occidental), which continued its deliberations on House Resolution 2067, seeking to conduct an inquiry on the implementation of Proclamation 627, declaring a portion of Barangay Comembo, Makati City to be reserved for off-base housing of the Armed Forces of the Philippines.
