Chess winners

Officers of the Cagayan Economic Zone Authority are shown with the 10 winners of the 2nd CEZA Invitational Chess Open Tournament held at the Robinson’s Place on April 28. About 98 players from Manila, Isabela and different towns in Cagayan participated in the tournament, organized by the Cagayan Chess Development Club Inc. and duly recognized by the National Chess Federation of the Philippines. Top winners are Vince Angelo Medina (Champion, from Manila) Recarte Tiauson (1st Runner up from Metro Manila) Sherwin Tiu (2nd Runner Up from Manila) and Mark Gerald Cadiz 3rd Runner Up from Cauayan, Isabela).
