The Local Water Utilities Administration enters into two deals with private contractors to build sewage treatment plants and water and sewer system for the Zamboanga City Water District. The contracts, amounting to P480 million, were signed by LWUA Acting Administrator Jeci Lapus (seated, third from left) at the agency’s office in Balara, Quezon City.
