SGV Chairman and Managing Partner J. Carlitos G. Cruz and SGV Vice Chair and Deputy Managing Partner Wilson Tan, with the SGV Advisory team, recently hosted an exclusive roundtable discussion with key business executives on how blockchain technology can impact various industries.
The event introduced C-level executives from the country’s top conglomerates, banks, retailers, and logistics companies on the potential opportunities and challenges that may arise from disruptive blockchain technology.
EY Principal and Global Blockchain Leader Paul Brody led the roundtable.
Brody presented an overview of blockchain and its developments and applications across industries. EY Global Blockchain Innovation Operations Lead Eli Wolfsohn from EY Shanghai, EY Asia-Pacific Blockchain Leader Jimmy Ong from EY Singapore, and SGV Advisory Principal Armand Cajayon, Jr. participated in addressing questions during the open forum that followed the talk.
