Manila City Administrator lawyer Jojo Alcovendaz (right), along with Jeric Sevilla of Manila Water and Jennifer Rufo of Maynilad were the featured guests in the Kapihan sa Manila Bay held at the Cafe Adriatico, Remedios Circle on Wednesday. The three officials discussed their roles in the government’s efforts to rehabilitate the Manila Bay.
