It’s indeed the season of festivities, of togetherness, of giving, and of tired bodies from all the Christmas rush we endured and are still enduring.
Batangas-based health and wellness resort The Farm at San Benito offers a festive way to celebrate the holiday season while being rejuvenated.
A Christmas Day Mass at the South Pool is happening today at 10:00 a.m. followed by a lineup of activities families and friends can enjoy together. There are walk and yoga classes scheduled, ideal for those who want to burn some calories to make space for the special meals The Farm is cooking up for its guests.
The resort offers a Filipino way of celebration with a bountiful feast shared with loved ones. The Farm’s healthy food stations at the South Pool will serve traditional local snacks such as puto bumbong, bibingka, and tsokolateng binate on Dec. 26-30 and Jan. 2, 2019 from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Indulge in a hearty dinner at Alive! while being serenaded by a live acoustic band filling the air with holiday cheer. Live entertainment is happening today until Jan. 2 from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
On New Year’s Day, there will be a Mass at the South Pool at 10:00 a.m. and Alive! will serve a New Year’s Day luncheon.
The kid-friendly resort also has some exciting treats for kids and families with The Farm’s kids’ fun holiday activities at Meeting Hall from today until to Jan. 2.
Because Christmas will not be complete without classic Christmas carols, the Children’s Choir will render Yuletide songs on Dec. 26-28 and Jan. 1-2.
The Farm’s mission to help people doesn’t end with the world-class holistic health programs it offers. With its purpose to touch lives in every way it can, especially in this season of giving, it opened its Christmas gift box for charity on Dec. 11, a tradition it has kept through the years as a symbol of thanksgiving.
