Aseana Residential Holdings Corp. (ARHC), a subsidiary of D.M. Wenceslao & Associates Inc. (DMWAI), recently launched MidPark Towers at the master-planned community in the bay area.
MidPark Towers is a four-tower residential project located at DMWAI’s flagship project Aseana City, an emerging business and tourist destination in the metropolis.
The residential enclave will stand between Aseana City’s Greenway Project and the company’s fourth office development, 8912 Aseana Ave., which will have access to the Ayala Malls Bay Area through elevated walkways.
Residents of MidPark Towers will have several transit points within the vicinity, such as the NAIA expressway (NAIAx), LRT1 extension and the newly launched Paranaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITx).
Getting the right balance
“We are focusing on larger format units in this project,” DMWAI CEO Buds C. Wenceslao, told the Manila Standard. “We’ve noticed that the existing residential spaces in Manila Bay area are limited to smaller studios and compact one-bedroom options. We conceptualized MidPark Towers with balanced unit mix and sizes.”
ARHC has been issued a license-to-sell (LTS) for MidPark Towers, and is now ready to offer its first two towers, which will offer a mix of studios, one bedroom, two bedroom and three bedroom units ranging from 36 sqm to 105 sqm.
The two towers will have 15 storeys comprising 309 well-appointed living spaces.
MidPark Towers is DMWAI’s second foray into residential condominium development in Aseana City, following through the success of Pixel Residences.
