Duterte wants 3 police cadets in oral sex scandal expelled

President Rodrigo Duterte says he has ordered the dismissal of three Philippine National Police Academy cadets who had been involved in an oral sex scandal, adding such form of hazing will not be tolerated as it will only lead to psychological trauma.

“I was reading a report in my office about that incident and I’m warning you, I will never tolerate that kind of hazing,” he said during a briefing on Typhoon “Rosita” in Cauayan, Isabela.

Duterte was exasperated by the incident in which someone puts his penis in someone else’s mouth and then pees.

“He will go out of that academy almost robbed of his humanity and he will always remember that. I’m just trying to tell you that I really do not like this kind of s**t,” Duterte said.

“You do not train a soldier or a policeman who goes out of the academy with a trauma. It’s a deep psychological insult and it stays in the head.”

“So whatever decision, when it comes to me, it’s actually dismissal. I don’t need that kind of s**t. I don’t want my policemen dehumanized.”

Duterte reiterated his warning to the men in uniform not to do such acts.

“In my time, we were two from Davao and they wanted us to kiss. They told us, ‘Go on, kiss.’ I said, ‘Master, I cannot do it. I would vomit.’ They said, ‘then quit’,” Duterte recalled.

But he said he refused to quit, saying he would rather accept 300 slaps from fraternity members, which resulted in his hospitalization.

Duterte said he brought the matter during a situation briefing with several Cabinet members for the men in uniform to be conscious of “intolerable” cases.
