SocMed phenom Mader Sitang rocks Manila

Thai online sensation Mader Sitang Buathong took the country by storm on her tour visit of Manila arriving to wild-cheering fans at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport on Friday afternoon.

Dubbed as Asia’s top transgender model, Mader Sitang’s signature hair-flipping, head-throw dance moves has already garnered over 16 million views on Youtube. Also a professional lawyer, the 59-year-old native of Bangkok, Thailand held a press conference and meet-and-greet with fans at the H&H Makeover Salon at SM City North EDSA. She took a quick visit at the Rizal Park monument and rode on a calesa around Intramuros.

The Youtube overnight sensation revealed her intention of retiring in Manila and to do a movie and television shows appearances under her new manager, Wilbert Tolentino, Mr. Gay World Philippines national director and Web Marketers Specialist Association of the Philippines, Inc., (WEMSAP) founder and president. 

According to Tolentino, Mader Sitang will go to Europe for a series of appearances and may do a movie with box-office queen Vice Ganda. A perfume collection for men and women named Simply Sitang was also unveiled.

On her second day, Mader Sitang was a special guest at the Fahrenheit Café Night Club and 690 Entertainment Bar in Quezon City where she performed a sexy number with the good-looking male dancers of the gay club. 

A top product endorser in Thailand, Mader Sitang returned to her country to finish all her commitments which include an on-going TV series and a movie. Her dresses and costumes while appearing in local events were designed by Domz Ramos.

Mader Sitang, who is married for 12 years to her 44-year-old husband, showed she’s got a generous heart helping the victims of typhoon Yolanda. She handed out a P500 bill to a poor baby she chanced upon in the city. Mader Sitang also played Santa Claus to the poor children in Barangay Mariana in Quezon City where she could not help but shed tears during the meeting.
