Witness a story of love and revenge in GMA Heart of Asia’s newest fantaseries, The Legend of Zu, which premiered on Oct. 22.
The Chinese fantasy drama features the story of the Zu Mountain, the number one Sword sect in a thousand years.
In order to protect the world from evil and chaos, the Sect Leader Zhuge Yuwo placed the magical blood stone, Pulang Bato into Ding Yin’s (William Chan) body to prevent Shangguan Jingwo (Nicky Wu) from obtaining it. The Stone is a demonic object that wreak havoc such as conquering and destructing the world, and even resurrecting the dead if it falls into the wrong hands.
Ding Yin stays at the Zu Mountain to work on building and controlling his powers. He meets Lu Pao’s daughter, Yu Wuxin (Zanilia Zhao), and realizes that she looks exactly like his deceased wife.
Ding Yin and Yu Wuxin initially use each other. She wants to steal the blood demon, and he wants to use her to get to her father. Eventually, the two falls in love and inner conflicts start to unravel within Zu Mountain.
