The Krah-supported Heroes outlasted inaugural staging champion Batangas City Athletics-Tanduay, 61-54.

It was the fourth straight win for the Heroes, who improved to 6-4.

The Athletics, who won two in a row prior to Tuesday’s game, absorbed another beating and lost for the sixth time in 10 games.

Batangas City’s 54-point production matched its lowest output as a squad, but its 29-percent shooting was the least it shot in franchise history.

Pasay stopped its bleeding at home, winning in front of its home fans for the first time in four tries.

Jan Jamon knocked in 15 points, including back-to-back jumpers in less than a minute to power the Voyagers to a 70-64 triumph over the Gen San Warriors.

It was Pasay’s third win in 10 games, but its latest victory stopped Gen San’s winning run.

Prior to this game, the Warriors won three in a row and the latest loss was their fifth in nine games.
