European Union Ambassador to the Philippines Franz Jessen speaks during the 2018 European Higher Education Fair at a mall in Mandaluyong City on Sept. 27. The EHEF is set on Oct. 20 and is organized by the Delegation of the European Union of the Philippines, together with EU Member States’s Embassies and Cultural Groups, and in partnership with the Commission on Higher Education. It will feature universities and higher education institutes from EU member states.
