Immigration authorities arrested 34 Chinese nationals who were illegally working in a construction site in Pasay City.
The arrest of foreign workers is part of the continuing drive of the bureau against undocumented and illegal aliens in the country who have been staying and working in the country without proper documents and working permit.

Immigration Commissioner Jaime Morente has repeatedly warned immigrants to apply for needed documents to legalize their stay in the country.
The 34 Chinese were caught working in a construction that was being built at the SM Mall of Asia complex.
