In his concurrent capacity as Presidential Adviser for Northern Luzon, Cagayan Economic Zone Authority Administrator and CEO Sec. Raul L. Lambino (left) gathers the regional directors of various national government agencies at the Royce Hotel in Clark Freeport, Pampanga, for a comprehensive review of the development plans of the various regional field offices as well as programs and projects already under way. Lambino stressed an integrated development framework that encompasses the Northern Luzon quadrangle.
