Another bomb explodes in Isulan town

Another improvised bomb went off in Isulan town in Sultan Kudarat Sunday evening, six days after an IED that exploded in the same area left three people dead and 35 others wounded.

Capt. Arvin Encinas, spokesman of the Philippine Army's 6^th Infantry Division, said the new explosion took place at an internet cafe a few meters away from the J&H Marketing where the first bomb exploded.

Encinas, however, could not provide details as to the number of casualties.
