House Speaker Gloria Macapagal Arroyo led relief operations for the typhoon victims in Porac, Pampanga. Arroyo distributed rice, canned goods, noodles and sugar, among others, to more than 600 Aeta families residing in Upland Sitio Pasbul in Barangay Camias. Porac officials who joined the distribution were Pampanga Gov. Lilia Pineda, Porac Mayor Conrado dela Cruz, Vice Mayor Dexter Albert David, and Sangguniang Bayan members Olga Frances David Dizon and Rudy Enriquez.
