The network will find its next big star through its grand audition show, Star Hunt, where star dreamers have the chance of fighting for their hopes and dreams. Meanwhile, Pinoy Big Brother, the longest-running and most successful reality series in the country makes its return to TV later in the year. Kid’s Choice, an original concept game show where kids will be the judges, will premiere this year.

Primetime shows will continue to give viewers stories they can relate to and aspire for. Leading the block is Halik, which is set to begin on Aug. 13 and stars Jericho Rosales, Sam Milby, Yen Santos, and Yam Concepcion in a complicated story of love and fidelity.

The trade event also showcased what’s in store from other ABS-CBN units. There’s the KathNiel-starrer The Hows of Us from Star Cinema and Exes Baggage, featuring real-life exes Angelica Panganiban and Carlo Aquino from Black Sheep, the newest brand under ABS-CBN Films.

The night also highlighted the milestones of ABS-CBN in the digital shift, which includes the additional new channels on ABS-CBN TVplus and the network’s ten million subscribers on Youtube.

Furthermore, according to Integrated Sales head August Benitez, ABS-CBN “will never forget the personal and physical touch,” which is why the network is now leading the industry to the next frontier, experiential entertainment, with its events across the country and the world, and the opening of the Kapamilya Studio XP in TriNoma.
