The Black Garlic Ramen is a new take on a classic fan favorite. It utilizes an innovative element—the black garlic oil—which gives the dish its color and strong garlic flavor.
Each bowl of this ramen is made of premium quality ingredients including freshly made ramen noodles, slowly cooked tonkotsu broth, and a generous variety of ramen toppings that includes sliced pork chashu, nitamago egg, rayo oil, nori, and onion leeks.
