Coca-Cola’s donation

Coca-Cola supports the local sugar industry, especially the small farmers in Negros Occidental. The company unveiled a plan to build water access facilities using the self-sustaining Agos ram pump model to provide irrigation for block farmers in the sugar-rich province. Coca-Cola Philippines president and general manager Winn Everhart (second from right) turns over the water access facility to Dama Farm Workers Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries Association chairman Daniel Diamente (right).  With them are (from left) Coca-Cola Foundation Philippines president Cecile Alcantara and Coca-Cola Philippines public affairs and communications director Jonah de Lumen.
