Luxury bed linen brand Sheridan launches a new collection inspired by nature and man-made landscapes, bringing to life masterful floral creations, shell patterns, geometric, and abstract shapes..

Sheridan’s new collection of bed linens features floral prints, geometric patterns, and other shapes inspired by nature and man-made landscapes.

The brand pays homage to botanical wonders that have been digitally printed in Portugal, hand-painted in Sydney and, reinvented by its in-house team of artists.

Classic chintz pattern is updated in Petersen with its earthy tone and elegant self-stitched border, complete with vertical golden bands of decorative patterns for a more tailored appeal.

The Scandinavian influence is evident in Sontag, with floral bouquets drawn in pencil and brushed with watercolor, then scattered sparingly in the dove grey background for that clean, minimalist look.

From afar, Leabrooke looks like an animal print, but upon closer inspection it features a youthful forest with cornflower blooms and meandering pathways, transforming room into a whimsical wonderland.

Romance is in the air with Amerell, which showcases the flowering Wisteria vine in its vivid purple hue in a natural background. The vines appear abundantly at the top of the quilt cover before diminishing softly at the bottom of the cover.

Though digitally printed in Portugal, the nuances of delicate line work and shadows amidst botanical flowers are not lost in the design Kingscote.

Hand-painted botanical wonders Zenflower and Circinus, also made in Portugal but designed exclusively for the Asian market, are Sheridan artists’ modern take on decorative exotic florals using bold and vibrant colors.

Although the collection has more floral influences, it does not lack a smattering of geometric and abstract designs.

The inspiration of Adelaide architecture can be seen in Hentley, where marl threads were woven within the line work to give a soft textural hand-feel to this geometric pattern depicting perspective and space. Meanwhile, the aerial views of South Australia’s Barossa Valley is reinterpreted in watercolor in the abstract print Walkers.

Bridgewater is a twist on the classic stripe pattern by using graduating tonal colors and subtle texture. Riverton features small stripes and geometric quilted face that reverses to a soft cotton chambray Reilly design.

Stylized shell motif in various scales and patterns provide a visual feast in Asten, which boasts of intricate handiwork with meticulous details in gold and silver.

These designs showcase high quality and standards which is what Sheridan has been known for since 1967. Sheridan continues to provide innovative designs with distinct Australian style that is well crafted by its team of hard working artists and master weavers.

Sheridan’s showroom is at Level 4 Shangri-La Plaza, Mandaluyong City. Its other outlets are at Rustan’s Makati, Alabang, and Cebu. For inquiries, call (02) 635-4928.
