The Chinese General Hospital and Medical Center, owned and operated by the Philippine Chinese Charitable Association, Inc., held a groundbreaking ceremony of their new 17-story building at the CGHMC Compound on Monday. Present were (from left) Jose Castañeda, Jr., vice chairman, PCCAI; Antonio Tan, vice chairman, PCCAI; Florante Dy, chairman emeritus; Dr. James G. Dy, chairman emeritus and president; Dr. Benito Goyokpin, chairman; Jameson Dy, PCCAI vice chairman and senior vice president for Overall Operation and Administration of CGHMC; and Dr. Modesto Llamas, medical director.
