Caloocan Mayor Oscar Malapitan (center) graces the opening of Starbucks, the first outlet of the American coffeehouse chain in the city, at the ground floor of the new city hall building. Joining him are City Administrator Oliver Hernandez, Secretary to the Mayor Betsy Luakian, Starbucks store development, and planning manager Quito Tantoco-Lopez, store manager Jophie Dapiton, real estate manager Joy Maulit, and district manager Malou Banal.
