The Chinese General Hospital and Medical Center owned and operated by the Philippine Chinese Charitable Association Inc., successfully participated in the 2nd Quarter National Simultaneous Earthquake Drill in cooperation with the Bureau of Fire Protection-Manila, Manila Disaster Risk Reduction Management Office, Red Cross-Manila, Volunteer Fire Brigade Association, and Barangay 372. This was done through the leadership of Dr. James G. Dy, president of CGHMC, and the efforts of Dr. Benito Goyokpin, chairman of the board, PCCAI; Jose Castañeda, vice president; Kelly Sia, executive vice president; Jameson Dy, senior vice president for overall operation and administration; and lawyer Glecy Mendoza, vice president for human resource management.
