The Association of Philippine Journalists Samahang Plaridel Foundation Inc., a professional media association composed of publishers, editors, columnists and senior media and corporate communication practitioners will hold its 4th Plaridel Golf Cup Tournament on June 22 at the Wack Wack Golf and Country Club.
Tee off time starts at 7 a.m.
Early roster of corporate and individual sponsors include Oriental Group, PAGCOR, Liwayway Marketing Corporation, GMA-7, Ayala Land Inc., Agila ng Bayan, Manila Water Company Inc., Asia Brewery and Hotel Sogo.
Samahang Plaridel President Rolando Estabillo said the 18-hole golfest seeks to foster goodwill and camaraderie among golfing journalists and friends in the government and the private sector.
Registration is ongoing with tournament fee pegged at P4,000 that includes green fees, lunch, give-away and raffle prizes.
Trophies will be awarded to the winners in both media and guest divisions, while assorted merchandise will be raffled for all the participants.
