DMCI Homes Inc., the real estate subsidiary of the Consunji family, is set to turn over the second building of Lumiere Residences, a three-tower development at the corner of Pasig Boulevard and Shaw Boulevard in Pasig City.

DMCI Homes said it would start handing over this month the 37-story West Tower of Lumiere Residences to unit buyers. The building was originally scheduled for turnover in June 2019.

The sold-out West Tower has 846 residential units worth P2.8 billion.

DMCI Homes president Alfredo Austria said establishing strong partnerships with suppliers and subcontractors had served the company well amid the completion delays that marred the construction industry due to manpower woes.

“It has been our business philosophy to treat people we deal with as partners to pursue our mission of providing quality homes at best value delivered on or ahead of schedule,” Austria said.

The first tower of the Lumiere Residences, East Tower, was turned over to unit buyers in October 2017, also one year ahead of the October 2018 original target.

The third building, North Tower, meanwhile, is scheduled for turnover in November 2020.

Situated near Ortigas Center and Bonifacio Global City, Lumiere Residences was a hit among startup families, young professionals, and investors looking for properties within central business districts.

Accessible via EDSA or C-5, the modern tropical-themed development gives residents the luxury of a high-quality home and a delightful living experience with an easy access to the comforts of city living.

DMCI Homes earlier reported reservation sales of over P15 billion in the first quarter of the year, up 15 percent from P13 billion year-on-year.
