SM shoppers simply need to look for and scan #SuperMoms Code stickers scattered around participating SM malls until May 31. Upon scanning, shoppers can register to earn e-raffle entries for a chance to win a Suzuki Celerio. Deadline for registration is until May 31 at 9:00 p.m.
