Manila Mayor Joseph Estrada proudly shows a sample of the ‘Erap All-Star’ rubber shoes that will be exclusively distributed to students in all the city’s public schools. In a speech before the K-12 graduates from Araullo High School, Estrada promised he will give each Manila student a pair of the shoes patterned after the famous Chuck Converse All-Stars. The mayor challenged the students to study harder to become the future leaders and ‘Lodi ng Lungsod ng Maynila.’
