Sister Patricia Fox, a 71-year-old Autralian missionary who has lived in the Philippines for 27 years, fields questions of media Thursday during a news conference at the Institute of Spirituality at New Manila in Quezon City. Fox, accompanied by Fr. Oliver Castor of Rural Missionaries of the Philippines, admits being saddened by the Duterte administration’s arbitrary decision to deport Fox who for the last two decades of the Philippines had dedicated herself alongside with oppressed and marginalized sectors.
