Anchor Land is currently building the Copeton Baysuites, its fifth project in Aseana City. The 204-hectare property where the 16-storey, three-tower condominium is being constructed, is just across the upcoming Ayala Mall Bay Area, which will open in 2019. It is also located near Pagcor’s Entertainment City which hosts Solaire Resorts and Casinos, City of Dreams, and Okada Manila.
