LED Lights

Manila Mayor Joseph Estrada leads the ceremonial switching of brand-new LED street lights along Leveriza Street, from San Andres Street to M. Adriatico Street in Malate, on Tuesday. The lights would discourage crimes in the area and throughout the city, Estrada said.
