Kim Chiu’s healthy lifestyle is seen all over her social media accounts, and her physique has been more fit, if not sexier. than ever.
“I enjoy joining fun runs, half-marathons, and duathlon races and I do Muay Thai on the side. My friends would ask me where I get the energy, I tell them I take vitamins,” Kim shared when she was introduced as the endorser of Berocca’s new single sachet pack together with Paulo Avelino.
Her more fitness-centered lifestyle has evidently trickled down to her figure. Does this mean she is ready to take on more mature roles and show more skin in her upcoming projects?
“I’m ready for more mature roles with Xian (Lim), we are in the right age anyway. But it still depends on the story and concept. Pero wag naman yung super and sobrang skin na tipong papunta na sa ibang istorya or film. Yung more mature lang, and as long as it has sense,” she said.
This interest from Kim might have been inspired by Xian’s recent racy film Sin Island with Coleen Garcia and Nathalie Hart.
“We watched it together. It’s really intense and mature, and it’s obvious that Xian’s acting skill was highlighted in the movie. That's the kind of mature role I am talking about,” she related.
While still waiting for an offer to do daring roles, she is keeping her focus on a unique film under Star Cinema. She is currently filming a horror-comedy movie with comedian Ryan Bang.
“This is really something different. We will scare you while making you laugh,” she said in jest.
As Berocca’s ambassador, Kim recognizes how it helps her feel energized amid long taping days.
“It really helps me feel energized and allows me to do a lot of things. Aside from work, I love making time for fitness and travelling with friends and family. I’m glad to do all those things with Berocca. It also helps in better brain function, especially in memorizing lines,” Kim shared.
