Parents on the lookout for exciting and educational summer activities for their kids, and children interested in learning digital arts and robotics among others may enroll in Power Mac Center’s latest series of summer workshops.
The premier Apple partner in the country will hold four intensive courses, with five-day sessions each. Courses include Game Development, Digital Arts, 3D Modelling and Animation, and Robotics.
The programs are open to all kids from 8 to 15 years old. Classes are divided into two batches—kids and teens—and modules are modified accordingly to match the depth of interest of each attendee.
Workshops will be help in Power Mac Center training rooms at Greenbelt 3, TriNoma, and Festival Mall Alabang. The first course, Game Development begins on April 9 at Greenbelt.
With the change in the academic calendar, PMC decided to extend the duration of the program to four months, from April to July, making it available to more kids in the metro.
The fee is at P5,500 per course, inclusive of the use of Apple devices pre-installed with applications, and all other learning materials required in each course. After the week-long workshops, each attendee will take home a certificate and a flash drive containing the individual projects they created.
Reservation is validated by full payment and follows a “First come, first served” policy. Payment may be made at Power Mac Center Greenbelt 3, TriNoma, or Festival Alabang, or at the Training Center at 2L Cedar Executive Bldg. 1, 1006 Arnaiz Avenue, Makati City.
