House Speaker Pantaleon Alvarez, as secretary general of ruling party PDP-Laban, has officially sworn into the party Caloocan District 1 Rep. Dale Gonzalo Malapitan and other local officials of the city.
Rep. Malapitan is the local president of PDP-Laban Caloocan. He thanked and congratulated all the local officials who showed support and joined the PDP-Laban party. It was noticed that the left hand of the officials was raised, not the right.

Among the special guests who were present during the oath taking are Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque, Maguindanao 2nd District Rep. Zajid Mangundadatu, and Oriental Mindoro 2nd District Rep. Reynaldo Umali.
