NEW AIRPORT. President Rodrigo Roa Duterte gets a briefing from Secretary Raul L. Lambino (left), Administrator and CEO of the Cagayan Economic Zone Authority, on the newly upgraded facilities of the Cagayan North International Airport in Lal-lo town. The Ceza airport has a 2.1-km runway capable of handling big Boeing 737 and Airbus A320 aircraft and is set to begin commercial operation soon.
