The country’s number one fun-run organizer, ColorManila, which welcomed 2018 with its successful CM Paradise Run last month, is gearing up for another massive "concept fun-run" on Feb. 24 at McKinley West in Taguig City.

The much-anticipated night run, CM Blacklight Run, co-presented by Brother International Philippines, invites night runners to join in on the fun.

“Night runs are perfect for people who are working and need to cap their week with a bit of a workout, which they can do with their family and friends.  It will also be held at McKinley West, so those who just stay at BGC, Makati, Pasay, or other parts of the Metro, can easily join the event,” says ColorManila vice president Justine Cordero.

The CM Blacklight Run is ColorManila’s first night run for 2018, and the first in a series this year which will be held in various cities nationwide.

Registration for this unique running event is ongoing. Participants can choose from three race distances: 3k, 5k, and 6.5k; and three race categories or kits: Deluxe, Rockstar, and VIP.

The Deluxe kit is priced at P950 and includes a dri-fit shirt, headlamp, race bib, color packet, and a finisher’s medal. The P1,500 Rockstar kit, on the other hand, comes with a dri-fit shirt, headlamp, race bib, color packet, finisher’s medal, drawstring bag, and a foldable water bottle. Finally, the VIP kit, priced at P2,500 comes with the same inclusions in Rockstar kit plus a finisher’s pillow, P1,000 worth of CM Merchandise GCs, and a VIP pass.

Lucky for kids below 7 years old, as they get to run for free, according to Cordero.
