The Quezon City government on Monday assured small-scale businesses that the registration process in the city will take only less than an hour.
Mayor Herbert Bautista said the city’s business one-stop shop for business registration features a concierge that assists all new applicants, “making the process very easy and convenient.”

In addition, the one-stop shops houses in one location the evaluators of the Business Permits and Licensing Office, zoning for the locational clearance and Bureau of Fire Protection for fire safety inspection.
“So there is no need for applicants to go from one office to another,” the mayor said.
“The business permit application is processed while the applicant comfortably waits,” he added.
