About 90 persons are stranded in different ports across Bicol.
This is because some inter-island vessels postponed their trips due to strong winds and rough sea waves.

Sixty of passengers affected by bad weather are in Bulan port in Sorsogon.
The rest are in Pasacao and Tamban ports in Camarines Sur.
Weather bureau PAGASA says, there is no storm in the country.
The weather condition in Bicol is brought by the tail-end of a cold front and the northeast monsoon prevailing in Northern and Central Luzon.
Meanwhile, the Manila International Airport Authority (MIAI) have announced the cancellation of four domestic flights.
These are flights going from Manila to Tablas in Romblon and vice versa and flights from Manila to Masbate and vice versa.
