Cam files grave threats rap vs Balutan

Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office general manager Alexander Balutan is facing criminal charges filed by board member Sandra Cam.

In her complaint she filed before the Mandaluyong City Criminal Unit and the Mandaluyong  City Prosecutors Ofice, Cam said Balutan committed grave threats against her person.

Cam said she experienced threats on two separate occasions on Dec. 27 and Dec. 29, which, can only come from Balutan, a retired marine general.

Balutan had dismissed Cam’s threat claims, and accused her of using her post for political gains.
