The real estate industry’s top experts and leaders came together recently at The Outlook, an event organized by Lamudi where a discussion on mixed-use developments spiced up the conference. Among the speakers were Ayala Land Inc. (ALI) group head for strategic land bank management, Anna Ma. Margarita Dy, who shared her company’s vision when it develops multi-billion-peso mixed-use projects. Dy highlighted the importance of “linking people”. Thomas Mirasol, senior vice president of Ortigas & Co., meanwhile, led a discussion on revitalization of city developments and its ambitious plan to redevelop the Greenhills shopping center. Aseana Holdings, CEO Delfin “Buds” Wenceslao, talked about his company’s ambitious plans to build Aseana City, which is turning out to be the country’s entertainment and resort hub in Paranaque.
