Malacanang has cancelled all peace talks with the Communist Party of the Philipines/New People's Army/National Democratic Front (CPP/NPA/NDF).
The announcement came from the Office of the Presidential Adviser on the Peace Process (OPPAP).

Presidential Adviser on the Peace Process Jesus Dureza said the cancellation of all meetings with the communist party follows the directive of President Rodrigo Duterte.
Dureza is expressing appreciation to the Norwegian government.
Norway has served as third party in the previous peace negotiations between the Philippine government and the communist insurgents.
