Bagging the big one. World Plaza, an office building developed by Daiichi Properties, recently won the gold medal in the ‘outstanding developer for the office’ category in this year’s FIABCI-Philippines Property & Real Estate Awards. FIABCI (International Real Estate Federation) is an prestigious business club of real estate professionals worldwide. The award comes at the heels of Daiichi Properties’ ‘five-star best developer website Philippines’ plum that the company received in the 2017 Asia-Pacific Property Awards held in Thailand a few months ago. The ‘outstanding developer’ award recognizes excellence in completed real estate projects, including architecture and design, development and construction, financial and marketing, environmental impact, and community benefits.
