Former President Noynoy Aquino is posting bail at the Sandiganbayan.
Before 4 pm on Friday, Aquino arrived at the anti-graft court to post bail worth a total of P 40,000.

He is facing charges of graft and usurpation of official functions filed by the Ombudsman.
The Ombudsman is suing the former Chief Executive for allowing then suspended Philippine National Police (PNP) Chief Alan Purisima to oversee the Mamasapano operation in Maguindanao.
Even if Sandiganbayan Justice Amparo Cabotaje-Tang has yet to issue an arrest warrant against Aquino, the former President decided not to wait for it.
Despite the early move, he may still go through booking procedures such as fingerprinting.
