Former Palawan Governor Erward Hagedorn enters a not guilty plea to graft charges at the Sandiganbayan.
The plea was submitted to the fifth division of the anti-graft court on Tuesday.

Aside from graft cases, Hagedorn is also facing complaints for alleged violation of the Code of Conduct for Government Officials and perjury.
The charges were filed by the Ombudsman.
The Ombudsman had alleged that the former governor failed to disclose some properties and businesses in his Statement of Assets and Liabilities (SALN) from 2004 to 2012.
