President Rodrigo Duterte has named Francisco Duque III the new Secretary of the Department of Health (DOH).
This is the second time Duque is appointed to the post.

He was also the health secretary during the term of Former President Rodrigo Duterte.
The appointment comes after Duterte's first choice, Paulyn Ubial, failed to get the approval of the Commission on Appointments (CA).
In a statement, Presidential Spokesperson Ernesto Abella said, "we wish him well in his present stint in government."
