De Lima made the request to the Senate Electoral Tribunal (SET) in a 5-page motion submitted by her lawyer.

The detained senator said Tolentino violated the sub judice rule when he supposedly tackled the merits of his election protest in media interviews.
Tolentino is seeking to void De Lima's victory in last year's senatorial race.
He is questioning how he did not get a single vote in several areas in Maguindanao, Basilan and Tawi-Tawi.
