The delectable ensaymada is the pastry of choice for coffee breaks and merienda time for many Filipinos.
Andrew Café, named after the late Brother Andrew Gonzales, a gourmand who was formerly a Secretary of the Department of Education, serves delightful ensaymadas in five variants: salted egg, quezo de bola, ube, monggo, and dulce de leche, all filled with luscious bits and pieces of the same flavor.
