QUEZON City Mayor Herbert Bautista is looking to acquire a private lot in Barangay Talipapa on which to put up a new police station.
The Quezon City Police District’s Station 3 will be relocated either to a 1,000-square meter lot along Quirino Highway or in a 2,833-sq.m. property on the corner of Mindanao Avenue and Sauyo Road.

District 2 Councilor Ranulfo Ludovica and District 3 Councilor Franz Pumaren authored City Resolution 7136, authorizing Bautista to negotiate the acquisition through negotiated sale of either parcel of land, identified as Lot 8-B-1-C, Block No. Psd-007404026801-D and Lot 526-A-2 Block LRA PSD-364070.
